Stand Alone Power Systems
At Stand-Alone Power Systems, we’ve spent almost two decades helping Queenslanders and Australians take control of their energy. Whether you’re building a new home in the bush, living on a rural property, or managing a remote agricultural site, we design and install off-grid solar systems that are built to last.
We don’t do cookie-cutter solar kits. Every system we install is custom-designed, based on your daily energy use, location, appliances, and long-term goals. If you’re serious about energy independence — and want to minimise or eliminate grid and/or generator use — you’re in the right place.

🏛️ Sir Edmund Barton
Before becoming Australia’s first prime minister, Edmund Barton represented Hastings-Macleay in the New South Wales parliament during the final years of the federation campaign. His election there in 1898 returned him to the Legislative Assembly at an important moment in the constitutional debate. He became prime minister in 1901 and later a founding justice of the High Court. His representation of Hastings-Macleay coincided with the decisive years of the federation campaign. It links the district’s voters with a political career central to the creation of the Commonwealth.
